Welcome to Handloom Knit. These terms cover shopping with us and using our website. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Handmade products
Our bags and accessories are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in texture, size, stitch tension, color placement and finishing are part of the handmade character and are not considered defects.
Please review the product description and measurements before ordering. If you have a question about an item, contact us before making your purchase.
2. Your order details
Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing an order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct details. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after production or shipment has started. See our shipping address guidance.
3. Prices & payment
- Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise shown.
- Payment is required at checkout.
- We may update product prices, descriptions or availability at any time.
Please review the items, shipping charge and total shown at checkout before completing your purchase.
4. Production & shipping
Made-to-order timing. Made-to-order items are produced by hand after your order is received. Please allow about 2 weeks from order to delivery, including production, quality checks, packing and transit. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or shipping delays.
Destination. Orders are handmade and shipped from China. We currently ship to the United States.
Shipping rates. Flat rate shipping is $12.99. Free shipping is available on orders of $200 or more.

5. Cancellations, returns & refunds
Please review our Refund & Returns Policy before placing an order. The following is a summary of its key conditions:
- Cancellations: contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once handmade production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
- Eligible returns: accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with packaging when possible.
- Return shipping: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was delivered.
- Damaged or wrong items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Custom or personalized items: may be final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds: eligible returns are inspected before the refund status is confirmed. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; processing times may vary by payment provider.

6. Website content
Product photos, text, designs and other website content belong to Handloom Knit unless otherwise stated. Please do not copy or reuse our content without permission.
